About the pods

Our two bespoke pods were lovingly made by a family run carpentry business in North Wales using both the latest and traditional wood working techniques. They are insulated with sheep wool, clad in sustainable Western red cedar wood and solar powered.

Our eco friendly commitment continues in the cosy interiors which combine rustic and luxury contemporary living, offering a calming, magical self catering experience… Sumptuous handmade English pocket sprung mattresses filled with natural fibres and Hampshire wool, Egyptian cotton bed linen, goose down pillows and organic toiletries made in Gloucestershire..

  • Greenditch

Nestled into the bank on the edge of the woods and overlooking the lake, Greenditch is in a secluded sheltered position facing south across the water. Enjoy breakfast in the morning sun whilst watching wildlife and listening to birdsong.

  • Upper Hen

Located on the upper east bank of the lake, Upper Hen faces south west/west providing lovely afternoon sun and amazing sunset views across the water from the verandah and wood fired hot tub.

Access

Guests can either find their own way to the pods via the Cotswold Way footpath or are welcome to park in our secure farmyard from where you will walk approximately 450m to your pod. The path is across fields and has a fairly steep decline so we recommend appropriate footwear and a torch if you arrive in the dark… it’s all part of the adventure!

We like to leave guests to self check in but if help is required with taking luggage, we are more than happy to run it down on the quad bike.
